OS Moses

OS Moses is collaboration work with Lauri Wuolio and it was presented at Mäntän kuvataideviikot on the summer 2022.

OS Moses by Pasi Rauhala and Lauri Wuolio is a meditative work consisting of video and spatial audio, confusing one’s sense of balance and consisting of four parts. In the video installation, a river flowing under the floor mystically falls towords the ceiling. Three pieces of sound art are located on the bridges in front of the Pekilo, representing an ‘Office package for the oldest user interface in the world’ and its core applications. Playfully conceptual and experience-oriented, the work reflects a world where ancient meditation and breathing exercises can be ordered as cloud services and a mystical experience is a meme software update away.
